Consequences of GBV

GBV can have devastating consequences on survivors. Some of the consequences include, but are not limited to the following;

• Suicidal ideation
• Fear and Anxiety
• Low academic or work performance
• Low self esteem
• Withdrawal from social gatherings
• Depression
• Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
• Death
